Class Experience

Students learn Roblox game development with Roblox Studio and Lua scripting by building four games (Tag, Coin Collector, Memory Match, Falling Platform). Lessons focus on Touched events, ClickDetectors, leaderboards, part cloning, tables/sequences, GUI pop-ups, traps and respawn mechanics, finishing with a demo and playtest.

  • Build and script four complete Roblox mini-games

Prerequisites

Materials needed:

In this class, the student is expected to have Roblox Player and Roblox Studio installed on their system before joining the class.

We will share the step-by-step guide to installing Roblox and account creation.

In case you encounter any challenges while installing Roblox, we will be more than happy to assist you.
