Roblox Studio: Lua Scripting to Build Four Games

We appreciated the emphasis on problem solving and creative design as students used Lua to implement leaderboards and simple game logic. Over the eight weeks our 12-year-old's confidence with coding improved noticeably and he enjoyed completing four mini-games.

Scratch Mini-Game Coding: Escape Run

Clear instructions and engaging project. Would recommend for kids ages 9-14 who want a short, productive intro to Scratch.

Scratch Mini-Game Coding: Escape Run

This was an excellent compact course — three guided lessons that cover the essentials of a running game, from player controls to enemy behavior. Our 14-year-old appreciated the balance of instruction and independent work, and by the end of the week had a fully playable Escape Run project to show off.
