These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Undoschool platform (“Undoschool,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, enrolling in a class, teaching on the platform, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Undoschool.
Undoschool operates an online learning platform that connects learners, parents/guardians, and independent instructors for live, interactive classes. We provide tools for class discovery, enrollment, communication, and participation.
By accessing or using Undoschool, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to:
All accounts for learners under age 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Minors may not create their own Undoschool accounts.
Individuals 18 or older may create their own accounts as instructors or adult learners.
All information provided must be accurate and updated when necessary.
Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and are accountable for all activity under their accounts.
You may use Undoschool solely for lawful, educational purposes in compliance with these Terms.
Users may not:
Instructors are independent contractors, not employees of Undoschool.
Instructors create their curriculum and retain ownership unless otherwise agreed.
Before publishing, Undoschool must review and approve:
Class times are set by instructors and displayed before enrollment.
Instructors may offer make-up sessions at their discretion based on Undoschool policy.
Families will be notified of cancellations and supported with rescheduling options.
Instructors set class prices. Undoschool retains a platform fee disclosed during onboarding.
Undoschool currently accepts PayPal for all payments.
Refunds may be provided for learner satisfaction, instructor issues, scheduling problems, or other fair circumstances. Refund decisions are at Undoschool’s discretion.
All communication must occur through Undoschool’s official messaging and classroom tools.
Users may not share:
Users must maintain a respectful and safe environment. Misconduct may result in removal.
Safety concerns can be reported through the Help & Support section.
Undoschool may take immediate action, including account suspension or removal, if safety is compromised.
All live classes are recorded for safety, quality assurance, and support.
Undoschool will never use recordings or children’s personal data for marketing without explicit consent.
Undoschool owns all branding, website content, and technology.
Instructors retain ownership of their curriculum. Undoschool receives a limited license to deliver that content to enrolled learners.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or modify Undoschool materials without permission.
Undoschool may modify or discontinue services at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Undoschool is not liable for instructor actions, technical issues, learning outcomes, or misuse of the platform. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
