Creating a secure, respectful, and supportive learning environment.

At Undoschool, your child’s safety is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a space where learners can explore, create, and grow with confidence. The policies below outline how we protect emotional well-being, privacy, and classroom integrity.

1. Safe Learning Environment

We expect every learner, parent, and instructor to uphold a respectful, inclusive atmosphere. Our safety expectations include:

kind and respectful behaviour
appropriate language
no harassment, bullying, or intimidation
maintaining privacy at all times

Any behaviour that compromises safety is addressed immediately.

2. Communication Safety

To protect all learners and instructors:

communication must happen only through Undoschool’s platform
sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, emails, social media handles) is strictly prohibited
sharing external links of any kind is not allowed
no off-platform meetings or communication are permitted

These rules ensure privacy, prevent misconduct, and maintain a secure digital space.

3. Instructor Screening & Class Review

Before teaching, every instructor undergoes:

identity verification
background and experience review
teaching environment evaluation
curriculum review for age-appropriateness and safety

No class goes live until our team reviews and approves it.

4. Class Recordings & Privacy Protection

For safety, quality assurance, and compliance:

all live classes are recorded
recordings are accessible only to the enrolled learner, instructor, and Undoschool
recordings are never downloadable
recordings are stored securely and deleted according to our retention policy
recordings are never shared externally without explicit consent

These measures protect learners, resolve concerns, and uphold standards.

5. Secure Classroom Technology

All classes run on Zoom with enhanced protection features:

password-protected sessions
waiting rooms managed by instructors
limited participant controls
instructor-only screen sharing
the ability to remove disruptive participants

These safeguards ensure each class remains safe and well-managed.

6. Reporting Concerns

We take all safety concerns seriously. Parents, learners, and instructors can report issues directly through the Help & Support section in their dashboard. Our team investigates every report promptly and takes swift action when necessary.
