Roblox Team Leadership Club: Run Group Build Projects

Leading a team is a skill that grows with practice, and group building projects are a perfect place to practice it. In this weekly club learners aged 10 to 14 take turns leading a team build in Roblox Studio using Team Create. Each session is self-contained, so learners can join any week.

Each meeting begins with a build brief, such as a pirate harbor, a space colony or a winter festival. The session's team leader runs a short planning huddle, divides the project into parts, assigns jobs to teammates and sets a time goal. The team then builds together while the leader checks progress, helps teammates who are stuck and keeps everyone working toward the shared vision.

At the end of the build the team presents the finished project, and the leader receives quick, kind feedback from teammates using simple prompts, such as one thing that helped and one thing to try next time. The teacher coaches leaders in the moment and highlights strong examples of listening, delegating and encouraging others.

Over time every learner gets a turn to lead and builds confidence speaking up, making decisions and including quieter teammates. The club suits learners with basic Roblox Studio skills who enjoy building with others. No coding is required.
