This ongoing club is for middle schoolers who enjoy visual problem solving and hands-on geometry. Through a steady stream of geometry-based puzzles, students practice thinking with diagrams, recognizing spatial patterns, and applying angle, area, and symmetry ideas in creative ways. Classes emphasize exploration, collaboration, and clear explanation of strategies, making the club useful for learners who want to boost classroom skills or prepare for more advanced math topics and competitions. Each session begins with short warm-ups, moves into targeted visual puzzles and group problem solving, and ends with reflection and extension challenges. Puzzle types range from tangrams and angle mazes to coordinate plane riddles, transformations, tessellations, and optical-illusion activities. Periodically students will design and present their own puzzles to apply what they have learned. Sample weekly themes include tangrams and spatial games; angle mazes; mirror symmetry; dot-to-dot logic and polygon builders; coordinate plane conundrums; transformations and tessellations; area estimation games; optical-illusion geometry; and holiday-themed or create-your-own puzzle days. Puzzle sheets are provided; students use simple drawing tools to explore and record solutions. The club is structured to build confidence with diagram-based reasoning and multi-step problem solving while keeping the atmosphere playful and collaborative.
