High School Social Studies: U.S. & World History, Civics, and Economics

As a parent I appreciated that the course included both U.S. and global perspectives, which made discussions at home more interesting. The virtual field-trip style country units prompted my teen to pick a country for the final slideshow/video and take the research seriously. Thirteen weeks with one lesson per week kept the pace steady without overwhelming homework. I would recommend this for teens who want a broad intro to civics, history, and basic economics.
