We signed up our 15-year-old and the focus on OOP concepts in Roblox Lua was exactly what they needed to move beyond basic scripting. The schedule—four 45-minute lessons per week for two weeks—is intensive but effective. Group coding exercises were a highlight and gave practical time to build and organize scripts. Overall it helped them apply encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism in real projects and feel more confident about structuring future work.

Really appreciated the course structure and topics — variables, loops and object referencing are covered thoroughly. My 12-year-old found it challenging at times but rewarding; only wish there were more than one weekly lesson for extra practice.

Good course overall but a bit fast for some younger teens; the 45-minute lessons fly by and a slightly slower pace would help with retention.

This course was a perfect fit for my 16-year-old who had about six months of scripting experience. The progression through variables, functions, loops and tables was well paced across the 14 weeks, and the small projects plus review lessons really reinforced learning. The weekly live practice kept them accountable and excited to code.
