This course helps children with Autism and ADHD (ages 7+) build practical executive functioning skills they can use at home and school. Lessons focus on organizing tasks and spaces, managing time, improving focus, and setting achievable goals. Instruction uses short, structured activities, visual exercises, and real-life examples to make strategies concrete and repeatable. Each session includes hands-on games, role-play, and small-group or one-on-one practice so learners can try techniques in supportive settings. Students will practice breaking tasks into smaller steps, creating simple schedules, prioritizing tasks, and using step-by-step strategies to stay on track. Visual supports and interactive exercises reinforce learning and help generalize skills to daily routines. Throughout the program, learners receive individualized guidance and feedback. By the end of the course, each child will have a personalized Life Skills Toolkit with tools and routines they can use to continue practicing organizing, time management, focus, and goal tracking. The approach is flexible and tailored to each learner’s strengths and needs, with an emphasis on practical skills, confidence, and independence.
