Plan the Week
Students set up a simple weekly planner, break big assignments into small steps and start their first focused homework sprint.

A supportive weekly club where students aged 10–14 plan their week, work through homework in focused sprints and check in on progress with a coach and peers. Simple planning routines and a friendly group make it easier to start, stay on track and finish.

Paid once.
Many students know what homework they have but struggle to start it, keep going or remember what is due when. This club gives them a regular, encouraging place to get organised and actually get work done, with a coach who teaches simple systems and a small group that keeps everyone accountable.
Every session follows the same rhythm, which is especially helpful for students with ADHD or executive function challenges. Learners begin by listing what is due and breaking big tasks into small, concrete steps. They then work on their own homework during a focused sprint with cameras on and microphones muted, while the coach is available for quick questions. The session ends with a short check-in where each student shares what they finished and sets one goal for the week.
Alongside the work time, the club follows a four-week cycle of skills. Learners build a weekly planner, try timer-based focus sprints and a distraction plan, organise their backpack and digital files, and practise reviewing progress and asking teachers for help. Each skill is short, practical and tried out on the spot with real homework.
The coach never does homework for students; instead they help them get unstuck, notice what works for their brain and celebrate progress. Over time, students build habits and routines they can use on their own between sessions.
Each 45-minute session has about 10 minutes of planning and a skill of the week, 25 minutes of focused homework time and a 10-minute check-in. Students bring real homework to every session and set a small goal to complete before the next one.

Students bring their real homework, a planner or notebook, pencils and a simple timer. A printable weekly planner template is shared in the first session they attend.
They simply rejoin the next session, since every session follows the same routine. The skill of the week comes around again in the next four-week cycle.
Each student sets one small goal to complete before the next session, usually linked to their own school assignments. There is no extra club homework beyond that.
