This eight-lesson studio invites young designers to create original fantasy and science-fiction props using Tinkercad. Students build a series of imaginative objects—a hero badge, ornate key, potion bottle, treasure chest, handheld communicator, energy crystal power core, and a mysterious creature egg—while practicing detailed 3D modeling skills. Each project focuses on specific techniques: layered symbols and emblems, curved profiles and hollow containers, hinge and lid construction, fitted parts, radial symmetry, repeated details, and surface decoration. Lessons also introduce production-design thinking: learners decide who uses each prop, what it does, and which visual clues communicate its story and function. The teacher models each project step by step and encourages original themes and details rather than copying commercial characters or props. Students revise work to meet a personal design brief and prepare a short showcase that explains their prop and its story. No 3D printer is required; projects are completed and presented digitally in Tinkercad. The studio is designed for learners in grades 4 to 6 (ages 7 to 11) and emphasizes creativity, technical modeling skills, and storytelling through object design.

Paid once.
Across eight guided lessons, the instructor demonstrates step-by-step Tinkercad techniques, then students follow and customize their props. Each session focuses on a different project and modeling skill, with time for revision and a final personal design brief and showcase. Work is completed digitally in Tinkercad.
