In this eight-session Scratch summer camp, students learn core block-based coding while building travel-themed interactive projects. Through step-by-step demos and hands-on practice, kids create a clickable world map, animated airport scenes, trivia quizzes, a road-trip game with movement and obstacles, scoring systems, and time-based challenges. Lessons emphasize sprite design, backgrounds, motion, loops, broadcasts, sound, and simple game mechanics. Classes combine guided instruction, live troubleshooting, and creative choice. Students follow project milestones from concept to tested project, collaborate and share feedback, and get teacher support to debug and refine their games. The final session is a showcase where each student presents their dream vacation project that ties together the map, quiz, road-trip, and timed challenges. The camp is designed for young learners new to Scratch or with some basic exposure. Activities focus on creativity, problem solving, and computational thinking while keeping projects achievable and fun. No prior coding experience is required. The format balances instruction and independent work so each student finishes with a playable Scratch project and experience presenting their design to peers and family.

Paid once.
Each session mixes a short demo, hands-on coding time, and group sharing. Teachers guide students step-by-step through project features, offer one-on-one help to debug, and encourage creative choices. The camp ends with a final showcase where students present their finished projects.
