This eight-lesson, project-based course teaches advanced Roblox game development using Roblox Studio and Lua. Learners expand beyond basic building to add game logic, interactive systems, and player-facing features through two connected projects: Quest for the Lost Treasure and Teleportation Quest. In the Lost Treasure project, students create maps, riddles, NPC interactions, GUIs, and win conditions. In the Teleportation Quest, they design multiple worlds linked by portals, implement teleportation mechanics with ProximityPrompt interactions, and add collectibles tied to a scoring system. Each lesson introduces a new coding or design feature. The instructor demonstrates techniques live inside Roblox Studio, then guides learners as they apply the concept to their own projects. Lessons emphasize hands-on scripting, guided debugging, gameplay testing, and iterative improvement so students learn to troubleshoot and refine game systems. Learners receive feedback on game mechanics and design choices and will prepare their finished projects for a final showcase. This course is intended for students who want to move beyond basic Roblox building and develop stronger Lua scripting and game-development skills. The class balances coding fundamentals with practical project work so students leave with playable, testable games that demonstrate quests, NPC dialogue, GUIs, portals, collectibles, and scoring.

Paid once.
Live instructor demonstrations in Roblox Studio introduce each concept, followed by guided, hands-on time to apply the code to student projects. Instructors provide step-by-step guidance, live troubleshooting, debugging practice, playtesting, and final project feedback in every class.
