This follow-up course deepens learners' understanding of English orthography using the Structured Word Inquiry (SWI) framework. Students review suffixing conventions, learn to identify and spell the schwa vowel with reliable strategies, use the Four Questions of SWI to investigate words, and construct matrices representing word families and histories.
