Roblox Team Captains Club: Leadership in Multiplayer Games

Leadership is a skill kids can practice, and multiplayer games offer the perfect setting. In this weekly club learners take turns leading their teams in Roblox games and learn what makes a great captain. Each session is self-contained, so learners can join any week.

Each meeting opens with a short leadership focus, such as giving clear instructions, listening to every teammate, staying calm under pressure or celebrating others' successes. The group then plays a team-based Roblox game in a teacher-hosted private server, such as a capture-the-flag, tower defense or co-op obstacle game. Each round has a different captain who plans the strategy, assigns roles and leads huddles.

After each round the team gives the captain quick, kind feedback using simple prompts, such as one thing that helped and one thing to try next time. The teacher coaches captains in the moment and highlights strong leadership examples. Over time learners grow more confident speaking up and more thoughtful about including quieter teammates.

All play happens in private servers with only club members and the teacher, who supervises throughout. The club values respect, fairness and encouragement.

The club suits learners who enjoy team games and want to build confidence and leadership skills. Basic familiarity with Roblox controls is helpful.
