Roblox Math for Grades 3-4: Fractions, Multiplication and More

This 16-week semester combines focused Grade 3–4 math instruction with interactive, educator-provided Roblox experiences. Each week introduces a single math concept, gives learners guided practice with visual models and examples, and has students apply the skill inside a private Roblox activity. Teachers provide live feedback, prompt reasoning, and short checks to confirm understanding. The course moves from number sense and place value into multi-digit addition and subtraction, multiplication and division strategies, factors and remainders, then covers measurement, data and graphing, area and perimeter, angles and shape properties, and a sequence of fraction topics including equivalent fractions, comparison, addition and subtraction with like denominators, and multiplying fractions by whole numbers. Lessons emphasize models, number lines, arrays, and problem-solving strategies so students can explain how they reached and checked answers. Roblox serves as the learning environment where students measure, build, organize data, and solve challenges rather than simply playing games. All Roblox experiences are private and educator-controlled; students do not join public servers or interact with outside players. No prior Roblox Studio experience is required. Learners should be comfortable with basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication before starting. The course is designed specifically for students in Grades 3 and 4 and follows a steady weekly progression to build fluency and reasoning across the major Grade 3–4 math domains.
