This workshop exceeded expectations: over 32 weeks my 13-year-old went from shy about writing to confidently crafting scenes and thinking about pacing. The curriculum's focus on character, plot, setting, dialogue and revision felt thorough, and working toward a book pitch kept them motivated.

We enjoyed the focus on hands-on learning and topics like animal adaptations and Earth processes, and the twice-weekly 55-minute meetings were clear in the class description. Mild caveat: the twice-weekly schedule was a bit busy for our family calendar.

We signed up because the course mixes live instruction with in-house Roblox Studio challenges, and it delivered on engagement—my child looked forward to the energy and motion and magnetism activities. Support for installing Roblox Studio made setup straightforward, and the semester-long structure with aligned worksheets kept concepts consistent week to week.
