Class Experience
Students learn to design original fantasy creatures and the environments they inhabit, pairing guided drawing with world-building. Lessons focus on creature features, textures and personalities while teaching basic map elements—rivers, mountains, forests and settlements—to place creatures within their own hand-drawn worlds. Projects culminate in a mini creature atlas and fantasy maps.
