Solo Playwriting and Performance Workshop

This class guides learners through creating a one-person show, focusing on character development, plot structure, monologue writing, and stage presence. Lessons combine group warm-ups, short interactive instruction, and hands-on workshops where students apply concepts to their scripts and receive peer and instructor feedback.

Materials needed:

At minimum a student will need the computer a pencil and paper. If they decide to "go big" for their project they may wish to have cardboard, tape, markers, paint, crayons, fabric, clothing they already have for costumes, or things around the house for props.
