This Grade 4-5 full curriculum guides young writers through 16 interactive, writing-heavy lessons that blend research skills, informational writing, and creative storytelling. Each class includes short instruction, guided practice, live writing activities, group discussion, and opportunities to share work and receive feedback. Students begin by learning to distinguish facts from opinions, find reliable sources, and take useful notes. They practice structuring evidence-based paragraphs and synthesize those skills into multi-paragraph informational reports. The course then focuses on description and craft: sensory detail, similes and metaphors, showing emotion through action, and word choice that strengthens tone and imagery. Later units cover pacing, building tension, writing action scenes, and creating satisfying endings. Learners also explore point of view, character development, and natural dialogue to shape distinct narrative voices. Regular checkpoints ask students to revise samples and their own writing; one class casts students as an editor fixing a flawed example before applying the same skills to their pieces. The final session is a revision and presentation day where students polish a chosen piece and compile a small portfolio of their best work. By course end, learners will have practiced research and evidence use, improved descriptive and narrative techniques, strengthened revision habits, and produced a collection of finished pieces suitable for a classroom portfolio or shared reading.

Paid once.
Sixteen live classes combine short mini-lessons, focused writing time, group discussion, and teacher feedback. Regular checkpoints require revision and synthesis. Students build pieces across units and finish with a revised portfolio and a final presentation.
