Class Experience

Level 4 builds on earlier beginner lessons to help learners express more complex ideas and expand vocabulary. Topics include past simple (regular/irregular and was/were), modals for advice (should/shouldn’t), articles, quantifiers and countability, possessives, and vocabulary for school, shopping and places. Lessons combine grammar presentation with controlled practice and periodic review.

Learning Outcomes

  • Expand existing grammar and vocabulary introduced in earlier levels

  • Use past simple forms (regular/irregular) and past 'was/were' to describe past events

  • Use modal verbs (should/shouldn’t) to give simple advice

  • Apply articles, quantifiers and countable/uncountable nouns correctly

  • Build speaking confidence through guided practice and dialogues

For younger learners, some crayons and a piece of paper are encouraged to draw and share artwork based on the week's theme.
