Class Experience
This step-by-step course guides learners through the DaVinci Resolve workflow—from setting up projects and navigating Media/Edit/Fusion/Color pages to editing techniques, audio editing, animated titles, timing effects, color correction/grading, PNG overlays, built-in effects, and export options. Each week features a live build demonstration and hands-on mini-projects that contribute to a final edited video.

Execute editing techniques like J-cuts, L-cuts, speed changes, and dynamic zooms.

Materials needed:
Students will need a computer with Davinci Resolve installed, and ideally, a second device to run the Outschool class on. Students will need to see both DR and Zoom for the lessons.
