Ancient History with Curiosity Chronicles — Part 1

This discussion-based course uses the Curiosity Chronicles secular curriculum and its student text and activity guide (provided for at-home use) to explore early civilizations. Classes use a Socratic approach: one meeting focuses on the chapter reading and activity pages, the second meeting covers timeline building, map work, and remaining activities to reinforce chronological and geographic understanding.

Materials needed:

I will provide a digital textbook and activity guide for each learner. Students will need some of their activity pages printed (maps, coloring pages). Students will also need to be able to access their textbook and activity pages during class. Pencils, and crayons or markers will also be needed.
