Fantastic mix of inquiry and content — my child loved predicting what life was like based on images and then comparing it to their own experiences. The once-a-week rhythm over six weeks was perfect for building interest without overload.

Well-designed lessons that covered clothing, food, and daily life in a way kids could relate to. I would have liked either shorter sessions or a mid-week activity to break up the 55-minute lesson for my son.

Content was solid and my 6-year-old enjoyed discussing primary-source images, but sometimes the discussions felt a touch advanced without extra scaffolding for the youngest learners.

This was a delightful introduction to childhood in ancient civilizations for my 10-year-old. The interactive elements and discussion prompts about schooling and toys kept them engaged each week.
