Class Experience

A guided presentation using PowerPoint, guided notes and videos to study human evolution, early hominid species, stone-age tool use, carbon dating, and the transition from Paleolithic to Neolithic life. The course also examines notable archaeological sites such as Stonehenge, Aleppo, Jericho and Catal Huyuk and how discoveries inform our understanding of early humans.
