Poetry Workshop: Imagery, Sound, and Form

This creative writing class teaches core poetic techniques—imagery, metaphor, sound devices, rhyme, and structure—through instruction, short writing prompts, and peer sharing. Students experiment with different forms, receive feedback, and compile a small portfolio of original poems. An optional showcase lets learners present a favorite poem paired with artwork.
