Mindful Communication & Conflict-Resolution for Kids (NVC Skills)

This social-emotional learning class teaches practical mindful communication and conflict-resolution skills using Nonviolent Communication concepts (observations, feelings, needs, requests). Students practice identifying emotions and body sensations, translating judgments into observations, listening with empathy, making respectful requests, and mediating peer conflicts through games, role play and structured activities.
