Class Experience

This five-lesson STEM course introduces fundamentals of electricity (voltage, current, resistance, Ohm’s Law), common components, circuit assembly on breadboards, series and parallel circuits, digital logic gates, and an introduction to microcontrollers such as Arduino with basic coding. Lessons combine practical examples, demonstrations, and hands-on projects to build foundational circuit design and troubleshooting skills.

  • Understand fundamentals of voltage, current, resistance, and power

  • Apply Ohm’s Law to analyze and predict circuit behavior

  • Identify and use common electrical components in circuits

  • Read circuit diagrams, assemble circuits on a breadboard, and troubleshoot
