Creative Writing: Silly Storytellers Club

A low-pressure, theme-based writing club where children use playful prompts, games, and interactive slides to create original short stories. Sessions emphasize imagination, descriptive language, and story structure while offering optional take-home prompts and voluntary sharing with positive reinforcement rather than critique.

Each child will write and create at their own level, with plenty of fun, games, and support in a relaxed and inclusive space.

Materials needed:

Kids can choose to write their stories with pen and paper or type them on a computer—whichever they prefer! They’ll just need to have their work ready for our session if they’d like to share and discuss it together.
