This course guides students through the full short-story process: choosing a genre and idea, developing characters and conflict, drafting scenes with sensory detail and figurative language, revising for clarity, and preparing a final draft for publication on StoryJumper. Lessons combine focused instruction with guided writing and revision so each child finishes a revised original story.
