Class Experience
A live online music history course that surveys rock and roll’s origins, stylistic developments, and cultural contexts. Students learn musical elements—rhythm, melody, instrumentation, form and performance style—and develop vocabulary and active listening skills through guided listening to selected works and class discussion.
