Class Experience

This course teaches core planar geometry elements—lines, angles, triangles, and quadrilaterals—through short lectures, interactive activities, and games. Students build an interactive notebook, practice identifying and drawing figures using an online whiteboard, and complete a final town-map project that applies learned geometry with teacher feedback and presentations.

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify and classify lines and line relationships (parallel, perpendicular, intersecting)

  • Classify and draw angles and types of triangles by angle and side

  • Classify and draw quadrilaterals and other elemental figures
