One-on-One Math Tutoring: Personalized Intervention

Our 11-year-old responded well to the personalized intervention — the short, regular sessions helped reinforce number sense and homework skills, though I'd prefer slightly longer lessons to cover more challenging material.

One-on-One Math Tutoring for Students with Learning Differences

The course description—an intake to identify strengths and challenges and sessions that can use classwork or targeted activities—matched what we expected, and I appreciated the focus on adapting pace for learners with IEPs and dyscalculia. That said, after a month the 25-minute lessons twice a week weren't enough time to really work through fractions and problem-solving, and my child often seemed rushed. It might work as a supplement but wasn't sufficient as our primary support.

One-on-One Math Tutoring: Personalized Intervention

My 6-year-old had twice-weekly 25-minute lessons for several weeks. While the one-on-one format and focus on problem solving were useful, we found the pacing too slow and didn't see the steady progress we'd hoped for over the 15-week course.
