Class Experience

This private course focuses on musical theater vocal technique and performance. Lessons include warm-ups, song work, and polishing with accompaniment for final performance.

Learning Outcomes

  • Perform two contrasting musical theater songs with coached interpretation

  • Apply breathing, movement and projection techniques suited to character and style

  • Use vocal techniques such as belting and mixing as appropriate to the repertoire

  • Practice healthy vocal care and exercises to protect and strengthen the voice

  • Polish songs for performance using accompaniment and instructor feedback
