Introductory Piano: Read Staff Music Through Taylor Swift Songs

This semester course teaches beginner piano reading on the treble and bass staff and basic rhythm notation through simplified Taylor Swift arrangements. Lessons cover middle C position, note names, time signatures (including 4/4 and 6/4), counting, rhythm values, and introductory hand position changes; sheet music arrangements are teacher-made and managed separately for copyright reasons.

I recommend students attend Taylor Swift Crash Course 1A and 1B or the Taylor Swift Intro to Piano - Full Semester 1 before attending this class.

Students should already be able to sightread songs using the alpha names of the white keys.
