Python for Beginners: Summer Coding Camp

As a parent I liked the consistent, project-based approach where kids typed, ran, and tested code in each lesson and built something tangible by the end. The camp felt approachable for beginners and sparked an interest in exploring game design or more Python later.

Well-paced and engaging; the focus on discussion really helped my child think more deeply about readings.

Intro to Roblox Game Design with Roblox Studio

This was a solid intro to Roblox Studio and design concepts; I only wished the two-week run allowed a bit more time to refine the starter game.

Draw Pokémon: Character Drawing and Color Basics

Good coverage of sketching and color basics in one 55-minute class, though I would have liked a slightly slower pace so my child could finish every practice assignment.

Middle School Physics: Motion, Forces & Energy

Our 12-year-old stayed engaged the whole time — the 45-minute lessons on motion and Newton’s laws were clear and interesting over the 10-week run.

Digital Safety and Social Media Etiquette

I'm the parent of a 13-year-old and this short course on digital safety and social media etiquette was exactly what we needed. The lessons—two 45-minute sessions per week over two weeks—felt well-paced and covered respectful online behavior, spotting cyberbullying and scams, digital footprints, and safe use of AI chatbots without requiring any social media accounts. My child came away more aware and comfortable making decisions online.
