Grade 1 Science: Plants, Animals, Weather & Light

Nicely structured NGSS-aligned set of 24 teacher-led lessons that work well in an online class or at-home setting. The mix of demonstrations, simple experiments, visuals, and cumulative review made it easy to pick topics like plants, animals, weather, and light and plan a 45-minute weekly meeting. Highly recommend for families looking for age-appropriate science units.

Introduction to Latin — Latin for Children Primer B (Ch. 23–32)

Challenging material — third-declension nouns were tough for my 11-year-old. Helpful overall, but we needed extra practice outside the class.
