  Grade 6 Math: Accelerated Track

  This course seems to cover the essentials — ratios, percentages, rational numbers, geometry and statistics — across 45 lessons with three meetings per week. I like that lessons include concept teaching plus independent work and interactive challenges to apply skills.

  Well-designed curriculum for this age range. The step-by-step progression through phonograms was particularly effective for our child.

  3rd Grade Math Level 2: Multi-digit Operations & Word Problems

  I like that the course focuses on mental strategies as well as columnar methods — it matched my 7-year-old's learning style. The mix of practice and mastery sessions kept things challenging but not overwhelming. We saw steady improvement in both computation and problem solving.

  Fashion Sketching: 1960s Mod Movement

  Really impressed by this short workshop for our 8-year-old. The step-by-step examples of key silhouettes and the chance to design and color an original 1960s-inspired illustration kept them engaged the whole 55 minutes.
