  Very impressed with the balance of science and practical skills—my child enjoyed the hands-on activities and the focus on digestion, energy, and macronutrients. The course's stress management and hygiene lessons were thoughtful additions that felt relevant. Two lessons a week for eight weeks seemed manageable and allowed time to set and track small health goals.

  UFLI Reading Foundations: Short Vowels & Word Reading Review

  This four-week course was exactly what my 9-year-old needed to practice decoding and encoding short-vowel words. The lessons follow the UFLI sequence closely and the two 40-minute sessions per week fit well into our schedule.
