  Healthy Me, Happy Me: Body Systems, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Movement

  We completed the full five-week preschool wellness course and found the 30-minute lessons to be just the right length. The mix of interactive lessons, guided activities, and stretches kept my child interested without being overwhelming. Topics like hydration, healthy foods, and simple exercises were explained clearly and reinforced through movement and play. Overall a practical, kid-friendly way to practice physical and emotional well-being.

  ASL: Frog Life Vocabulary and 'A Frog's Life' book signing

  As the parent of a 15-year-old new to ASL, I appreciated the course's clear focus on frog-related vocabulary and the opportunity to practice by signing the book 'A Frog's Life.' Having one lesson per week in a one-week format made the commitment easy, and the 55-minute class felt well-paced. The lessons covered predators and threats as well as characteristics and habitats, which made the topic feel complete. Overall it was engaging and practical for building theme-based ASL vocabulary.

  Very good course overall; occasionally the mini-quizzes felt too easy, but the lessons were engaging and well paced across 12 weeks.
