Roblox Theme Park Builder: Design Rides and Attractions

Theme parks are giant design puzzles that mix fun, safety and storytelling. In this eight-week course learners plan and build their own theme park in Roblox Studio.

Learners start by planning a park map with themed zones, such as a pirate cove, a candy land and a space port, and decide where paths, entrances and rides will go. They then build their first attraction, a Ferris wheel, learning how to repeat shapes evenly around a circle. Next they build a carousel and a swing ride, followed by a roller coaster track with hills and loops built from wedges and curved pieces.

In the second half of the course learners add the details that bring a park to life, including ticket booths, food stands, benches, fountains and themed decorations. They use lighting to make the park glow at night and plan visitor flow so guests can find their way around easily. Learners who want an extra challenge can use simple provided scripts to make rides spin.

The course ends with a grand opening where learners give classmates a guided tour of their park. The teacher demonstrates building techniques each week and helps learners think like park designers.

No coding experience is needed. The course suits learners who love building big, colorful worlds.

How classes work
