Class Experience
Prehistoric oceans were full of strange and amazing creatures, from giant sea reptiles to armored fish. In this camp kids explore ancient sea life through experiments with water, salt and density.
Each day pairs a creature with an experiment, and kids finish by creating and presenting their own prehistoric ocean project.
How classes work
Camp meets on back-to-back days. Each day builds on the last, mixing short demos, hands-on work and time to share progress, so learners finish the week with a complete project.
What we'll cover
Day 1: Ancient Oceans – Explore prehistoric ocean creatures.
Day 2: Salt Water – Experiment with salt water and floating.
Day 3: Ocean Layers – Make an ocean layers density jar.
Day 4: Ocean Project – Create and present a prehistoric ocean project.
