Class Experience
Nebulas are giant clouds of gas and dust where stars are born, and they are some of the most beautiful objects in space. In this course kids learn the science behind nebulas and how telescopes capture them.
Each week they create nebula art with paint, chalk or digital tools, finishing with a class gallery where they explain the science behind their artwork.
How classes work
Each week starts with a short live demo of the new idea, followed by guided practice while the teacher checks in with every learner. Classes end with a small challenge to try before next time.
What we'll cover
Week 1: Star Birth – Learn how stars form inside nebulas.
Week 2: Colors – Discover why nebulas glow in different colors.
Week 3: Telescopes – Learn how telescopes like Hubble and Webb capture nebulas.
Week 4: Gallery – Present nebula artworks in a class gallery.
