Class Experience
Moon Watch Club helps kids become moon experts. Each week they observe the moon at home, learn about its phases and share drawings and notes with the club.
They learn fascinating moon facts and how astronauts explored it, and work together to build a club moon calendar.
How classes work
Each weekly session opens with a quick warm-up and a short new idea, then learners work on the session's challenge together while the teacher guides the group. Sessions end with time to share. New learners can join any week because each session stands on its own.
What we'll cover
Session theme 1: New Moon – Learn why the moon has phases.
Session theme 2: Crescent – Observe and draw the crescent moon.
Session theme 3: Full Moon – Learn about the full moon and its craters.
Session theme 4: Share – Share observations and build the club moon calendar.
