Focus and Self-Discipline for Ages 8-14
As a parent, the course description matched what we used: 10 story-based sessions with guided discussion, short activities, and small habit-building steps that fit a weekly 55-minute meeting. It offered a practical framework for practicing focus and emotional control, though ongoing practice is important.
