Some teens dread presenting in class; others are already club captains or student council members who want to lead with more impact. This private coaching program meets each learner where they are and builds the speaking and leadership skills they actually need right now.
The first session is a relaxed baseline: the learner gives a short talk on a topic they enjoy, and together with the coach they set two or three clear goals. From there, sessions cover voice and body language, structuring persuasive talks, handling nerves and thinking on your feet with impromptu speaking drills.
Leadership runs through the whole program. Learners practise running a short meeting, giving and receiving feedback, encouraging quieter teammates and making a group decision fairly. The coach role-plays real situations, such as leading a group project or speaking up in a team that disagrees, so learners can rehearse before it matters.
Because sessions are one-on-one, shy or anxious teens can start with very small, low-pressure exercises and build up gradually. Learners who want to can bring real material, such as an upcoming speech, debate case or club announcement, and work on it directly.
The program ends with a capstone talk recorded in the final session and a personal next-step plan so learners keep practising after the coaching ends.
Sessions are scheduled one-on-one at times that suit the learner, once a week for six weeks. Each 45-minute session includes a warm-up, focused skill practice with live feedback and a small challenge to try before the next session.

It suits teens aged 12 to 17 at any level, from shy students who dread presenting to club leaders and debaters who want more impact. Each program is shaped around the learner's own goals.
After enrolling, you choose a weekly time that suits your teen from the coach's available slots. The six sessions usually run once a week, and a session can be moved if you give the coach notice.
Yes. Learners are encouraged to bring real material such as a class presentation, debate case or club announcement. The coach fits it into the session plan.
Sessions are private and start with small, low-pressure exercises. The coach builds up gradually, and no one else watches unless your teen chooses to practise in front of family.
They finish with a recorded capstone talk, notes on their strengths and next steps, and a personal practice plan. Progress depends on practice, so the plan helps them keep improving afterward.
