Know Your Stress and Reset
Learners spot early signs of test stress and practise breathing and grounding resets during a low-pressure practice quiz.

A weekly club that helps tweens and teens feel calm and focused before and during tests. In a 4-week rotating cycle, learners practice breathing and reset routines, test-day planning, pacing and positive self-talk with low-pressure practice quizzes.

Paid once.
Plenty of students know the material but freeze, rush or second-guess themselves when a test begins. This weekly club treats test confidence as a skill that can be practised, just like math facts or spelling, in a supportive small group.
The club runs on a 4-week rotating cycle, so learners can join any week. One week focuses on understanding stress and practising breathing and reset routines; the next on planning the week before a test with study schedules and test-day checklists; then pacing and smart skipping during short practice quizzes; and finally positive self-talk and bouncing back after mistakes.
Every session includes a short, low-stakes practice quiz on general school skills so learners can try their new routines under gentle time pressure. Quizzes are never graded or shared, and the focus is always on how learners approached the questions, not on their score.
The club is designed for anxious and shy learners. Cameras can stay off during quiet practice, sharing is always optional and can happen in the chat, and the teacher models calm, encouraging language throughout.
Learners leave each cycle with a personal test-day toolkit: a reset routine, a checklist, a pacing plan and a few self-talk phrases that work for them. The club builds calmer habits; it does not promise particular grades or scores.
Each session opens with a short check-in and a breathing warm-up, followed by the week's strategy, a low-pressure practice quiz and a group reflection on what helped. A short optional practice task is shared each week.
