Class Experience
In Pokédex Researchers Club kids become real-world researchers. Each week explores animals from a different habitat, and kids create Pokédex-style fact files about the real creatures they discover.
They practise reading, note-taking and sharing findings with the group, and over time the club builds a shared Pokédex of real animals.
How classes work
Each weekly session opens with a quick warm-up and a short new idea, then learners work on the session's challenge together while the teacher guides the group. Sessions end with time to share. New learners can join any week because each session stands on its own.
What we'll cover
Session theme 1: Forest Animals – Research forest animals and make a fact file entry.
Session theme 2: Ocean Animals – Research ocean animals and their adaptations.
Session theme 3: Desert Animals – Discover how desert animals survive heat and dryness.
Session theme 4: Club Pokédex – Combine everyone's entries into a club Pokédex.
