Overall a strong introduction to video game music composition, and my 15-year-old enjoyed learning theory and making original melodies. The only drawback was the one-week schedule with five 55-minute lessons felt a bit rushed for practice between sessions.

As the parent of a 12-year-old beginner, I appreciated the clear structure: one 50-minute lesson per week over six weeks that covers posture, tone production, basic music reading, articulation, and ensemble awareness. My child stayed engaged and practiced more at home after class, and the mix of fundamentals and ensemble thinking made it a very positive first experience with the saxophone.

As a guardian, I appreciated how clearly the course description matched what was delivered: foundational theory plus composing battle themes, loops, and short soundtracks. We signed up our 10-year-old for the beginner saxophone sessions and liked the coverage of ensemble awareness and articulation. The pacing felt appropriate for most weeks, but a couple of lessons moved a little quickly for complete beginners.
