Well-paced full-year course that built good inquiry skills; my child enjoyed the scientific drawing and the variety of subjects covered.

Hands-On Science for Grades 4–5: Full-Year Curriculum

Strongly recommended for curious 8–11 year olds — the mix of ecosystems, Earth's systems, and space kept my kid engaged throughout the year.

Hands-On Science for Grades 4–5: Full-Year Curriculum

The demonstrations and discussions made complex ideas like energy and lab techniques accessible to my child. The 36-week scope meant topics were revisited and reinforced nicely.

Hands-On Science for Grades 4–5: Full-Year Curriculum

Solid curriculum and engaging material for grades 4–5, though as a parent I hoped for a little more practice between the single weekly sessions.
